Choose Excitement

Are you struggling with what you want to be in the future or which path to take? If so, let's think about what excites you and choose things that make you feel excited whenever possible. This is because it has been scientifically proven that doing things that excite you increases the likelihood of success.
 
Brain science can also explain the increase in productivity when doing things that excite you. When you get excited, your brain secretes a neurotransmitter called dopamine, which can improve your thinking and decision-making abilities.

Reward yourself

Knowing that there is a reward after you accomplish something can also stimulate dopamine secretion. So give yourself a reward like "I'll watch my favorite drama after I finish studying" or "I'll drink mint tea after I finish jogging" or "I'll go to my favorite idol's concert after my exams."

Listen to music

Dopamine is released when you listen to your favorite music. So listen to your favorite music to stimulate dopamine secretion.

 

Move your body

Dopamine is released when you move your body. So try to move around as much as possible. Aerobic exercises like jogging and swimming are especially good at stimulating dopamine secretion.

Eat protein

Dopamine is made of protein. So make sure to eat enough protein. Cheese and soy products are said to be good sources of protein.

 

Relax

It has been found that dopamine is secreted during meditation. So try to relax by looking at the ocean or quieting your mind. Just make sure you're not hungry, as that can have the opposite effect.
