The Healthier and Practical Way to Study Effectively

There is a study method that we would like to share especially for the students who are not able to concentrate
while studying or who are unmotivated to try, and that is to know when to TAKE A BREAK FROM STUDYING when everything
is overwhelming or when everything feels like you're all over the place.

Have you ever experienced something like this?

It's like when you're watching a drama and you think " it ended at a good point, so I can't help but think about the next episode!"

This is a psychological phenomenon known as the Zeigarnik effect, which states that the more you interrupt a task, the more you'll remember it. This can be applied to your studies as well. For example, when trying to memorize, you give yourself a schedule of ending halfway, giving yourself a break, and going back to the unfinished task. Zeigarnik effect will make you feel worried about what is left unfinished and when you go back to studying, you can go back to your memory to see how far you have studied.

How about trying a routine that utilizes the Zeigarnik Effect?
